To increase lead close rates and make more money, Advantage, a global integrated talent services firm, today implemented InsideView’s unique on-demand business search and intelligence application, “SalesView,” for its sales and recruitment efforts.

With the help of SalesView, the company’s sales team hopes to find out more leads per day, officials say. The sales team expects to see 50 percent growth in actual opportunities, leading to additional revenue. Apart from reducing pre-qualification time for all leads, implementation of SalesView is expected to help the sales team tap into more mid-market leads, company officials say.

Advantage officials say their company provides services in areas such as creative services, finance and accounting, human resources, information technology and information services, office support recruitment as well as workforce management services. The company says it’s looking to accumulate a higher number of qualified, actionable leads resulting in new customer relationships and has adopted SalesView for this purpose.

To provide the rich insights companies need for use in the enterprise, SalesView scans, distills and prioritizes information on the social Web. By focusing sales efforts on the most relevant prospects, Advantage’s sales team uses SalesView to aggregate, refine and prioritize sales leads, and ultimately increase its close rate from 10 percent to 50 percent.

By scanning the Web, based on the customized filters set by Advantage, SalesView provides meaningful leads in the company’s market, according to the company. The solution is easy to use and helps the company to zero in on prospects that ultimately materialize into actual opportunities, company officials say. Advantage claims that the company has experienced 100 percent adoption by sales teams in a short period of time.

Being one of the first companies to take advantage of the convergence of social media and enterprise applications – the “socialprise” – SalesView drives enterprise results by bringing the insights gained from subscription-based and user-generated sources, company officials say.

“With SalesView, Advantage can quickly filter through disparate information sources, including unstructured data on the social Web, to unearth highly relevant, qualified new business opportunities,” said Rand Schulman, chief marketing officer of InsideView. “SalesView provides Advantage with the business search and intelligence capabilities to mine a wide variety of social groups and media to quickly help the company grow its business and increase sales volume and efficiency.”
