In this role, the individual will be primarily responsible for helping define the corporate and product messaging, working closely with sales, customers, and partners to translate the core messaging into compelling marketing and sales collateral – including but not limited to website, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, data sheets, and demo scripts.

As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure that each assigned account achieves the highest level of customer success and end-user adoption. Your responsibilities will include ownership and accountability for ensuring customer seat retention and annual contract renewal; analyzing, recommending and implementing Sales 2.0 and process improvements; collaborating with team members on upsell and renewal opportunities; and related special projects.
As an InsideView Corporate Sales Account Executiveyour primary mission will be to hunt and close prospects in a geographic territory, calling into companies with 10-1000 employees. Having a strong software sales background using the phone to identify, qualify and close new business with sales department heads and individual decision makers will allow you to hit the ground running.
