Executive Team
InsideView's executives are pioneers of the SaaS, Content and CRM industries. Collectively, they've founded numerous startups and led them to successful IPOs (six and counting!), headed content production for top business information providers, architected multi-tenant, multi-tiered software systems and launched transformational products in a variety of markets.
Umberto Milletti, CEO and Founder
Umberto Milletti is the CEO and founder of InsideView, the Social Sales Intelligence leader. Umberto has been a thought leader in the convergence of technology and content for the last 10 years. In the mid-90s he helped create a new way of learning, now called e-learning, where relevant instructions are delivered to students over the Internet. Beginning in 1996, as an executive and co-founder of DigitalThink, he also designed and built one of the first multi-tenant Software-As-A-Service platforms to deliver and track learning for millions of adult students each year. Umberto helped lead DigitalThink to a successful IPO, growing annual revenues to $60 million, and ultimately to its sale to Convergys in 2004.

Jim Lightsey, Chief Financial Officer
As InsideView's Chief Financial Officer, Jim Lightsey leads the company's strategic planning, financial management, business operations/analytics, accounting and human resources functions. Prior to InsideView, Jim was a Managing Director with Crimson Consulting Group where he drove marketing strategy engagements and managed key client relationships with leading technology and healthcare companies including Cisco, Google, HP, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft and Qualcomm.
Jim was also Founder/CEO of a SaaS healthcare company that he grew and sold to an Accor Services company and was previously Director of Corporate Development for the SpringStreet real estate rentals directory where he drove finance and corporate development initiatives and played a key role in successful positioning the company for sale to Homestore.com prior to its subsequent IPO. In addition, Jim worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies as a Senior Manager with Accenture's Strategic Service practice and has managed public company financial audits for Ernst & Young.
Jim is a CPA and holds an MBA in Multinational Management from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara, with high honors.

Greg Brush, Senior Vice President, Sales
Greg leads the sales and customer success teams for InsideView. He is a proven sales executive and team leader who brings over 24 years of software sales experience to InsideView. Prior to joining InsideView, Greg served as Vice President of Sales at Movaris, where he restored sales growth that contributed to the company's acquisition. He was Director of Sales at Hyperion Solutions (now Oracle) in both national and strategic regional roles, and has served in various sales executive and management positions at Siebel Systems. Greg also held senior sales positions with Pure Software, where he was a key contributor in the rapid revenue growth that led to a successful IPO in 1995 and subsequent acquisition to Rational Software (now IBM). Greg began his sales career with Oracle Corporation, where he was consistently a top revenue contributor in the Oracle Direct team.
A native Bay Area resident, Greg remains active in many sporting activities including golf, swimming, and chasing after his twins. Greg is an avid reader and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Gordon T. Anderson, Vice President of Content
Gordon T. Anderson has been Vice President, Content at InsideView since the inception of the company in 2005. Before joining InsideView, Gordon was a Senior Producer at CNN/Money, Time Warner's flagship business-news service. Gordon's long career in media and technology includes co-founding five companies, including Individual Investor magazine, Myway.com, and a European investment vehicle, CIR Ventures, based in Milan. Gordon also served as VP and Editor-in-Chief of Hoover's, the pioneering business information provider, during the company's most rapid growth period before and after its IPO.
Though an East Coaster by birth and inclination, Gordon enjoys life in San Francisco, where the wine and beer are both much better. With his wife Julie, he spends much of his time trying to avoid serious injury to his toddler son, Logan, and infant daughter, Tenley. Anderson graduated, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Heidi Tucker, Vice President of Alliances and Business Development
Heidi Tucker is responsible for driving the company's distribution and OEM partnerships through CRM, sales automation, and social media brands. She also oversees InsideView channel sales and strategic alliances.
Heidi's career spans more than 20 years leading marketing, sales, and business development. Prior to joining InsideView, Heidi was Vice President of Business Development at Hoover's (a D&B Company), where she led Hoover's API content licensing, mobile product distribution, and built the company's first channel sales organization to expand distribution through major CRM brand owners and their partner eco-systems.
Heidi is passionate about women's leadership issues and the arts. She is president of the board of International Ballet Theatre and a member of the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Western Washington. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and two teenage children.

Jason Muldoon, Vice President of Technology
As the Vice President of Technology, Jason Muldoon is the driving force behind InsideView's product design and development -- ensuring superior user experience, performance and reliability for our rapidly expanding customer base.
Prior to InsideView, Jason developed keen insights and expertise in cutting edge web application development as a user experience consultant for various burgeoning technology companies in the Bay Area. Before he was a consultant, Jason led a distributed user experience team across India and the U.S. at DigitalThink, an on-demand eLearning company.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping, snow boarding and most anything outdoors. He's also a Sci-Fi junkie.
Jason's passion for usability and human-computer interaction is rooted deeply in his undergraduate education in human factors psychology and cognitive science. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Lisa Bailey, Vice President of Business Operations
As Vice President of Business Operations, Lisa Bailey oversees all of the back office functions for InsideView, including finance, legal, human resources, and corporate administration. She also leads the charge on business process improvement initiatives to scale the business. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and program management in the finance arena, Lisa drives scalability and efficiency throughout the company. Prior to joining InsideView, Lisa contributed to a number of early stage, privately held companies as well as publicly traded companies. Most recently she was Vice President of Client Services at MeeVee, a digital media company, where she was responsible for partner relations, content, and advertising operations. Prior to joining MeeVee she ran the Program Office for Charles Schwab.
In her oft deserved but seldom realized moments of free time, Lisa enjoys creating culinary delights for family and friends and sailing about the San Francisco Bay. Lisa holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington and a BS in Mathematics from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.

Leon E. Drozdowski, Vice President of Customer Success
Leon has more than 30 years of experience building, managing and motivating software sales and services teams. Most recently, he was Vice President of Field Operations and Sales for Etelos Corp. Prior to Etelos, he held senior executive positions with Mercury Interactive, Computer Sciences, Ross Systems, Oracle, CATS Software and Compuware. Leon also founded The SunHaven Group, which supplied management consulting services to new and emerging software companies in Silicon Valley. Leon attended Cuyahoga College, where he majored in Computer Science and English literature.

Sesha Rao, Managing Director of Indian Operations
Sesha Rao is the Managing Director for InsideView's India operations, based in Hyderabad. Sesha is responsible for growing InsideView's development team--key to InsideView's emergence as one of the fundamental applications on the enterprise business browser. Sesha brings more than 21 years of broad technology industry experience.
Prior to Insideview, he was General Manager of India Operations of Progress Software, where he has been responsible for managing and growing the Progress' largest software development operation outside North America, with more than 100 engineers. Prior to that Rao was VP of Indian Operations at Xiotech India Pvt Ltd. Sesha has significant background in building India-based operations and engineering teams from start-up to maturity, by implementing strong design process methodology and providing guidance and motivation to teams of engineers. He has held several executive positions at Matisse Networks, First Virtual Communications (Cedar Technologies), after relocating to India in 2000.
Prior to 2000, Rao held senior level engineering positions at the silicon valley companies such as First Virtual, Adaptec, Mylex and Wipro where he was responsible for design, development and delivery of various hardware, software products in storage and networking domains. He worked on high performance products such as multi channel RAID controllers and networking technologies in ATM, FastEthernet and Gigabit areas.
While Sesha owes his entire Career growth to America, he relishes in his happy life in India. Sesha enjoys reading everything that catches his attention, including Indian philosophy.
Sesha holds his B.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTU and his Masters in Computer Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
