Jim Lightsey has been navigating the financials of IPOs, acquisitions, and transformative growth for over 20 years. At InsideView, Jim leads our strategic planning, financial management, business operations/analytics, accounting, and human resources functions.
Jim came to InsideView from Crimson Consulting Group, where he was Managing Director of marketing strategy engagements, managing relationships with key technology and healthcare clients such as Google, Kaiser Permanente, and Microsoft. Previously, Jim was founder and CEO of emindhealth, a SaaS healthcare company which he grew and sold to an Accor Services company. He was also Director of Corporate Development for SpringStreet, where he played a key role in the acquisition by, and subsequent IPO of, Homestore. In addition, Jim has worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture’s Strategic Service practice and has managed public company financial audits for Ernst & Young.
Jim is a CPA and holds a BA in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
